VISUAL DESIGN

Flowbit designs apps with standard iOS and Android visual design and interaction patterns in mind — for a consistent and intuitive user experience. We strongly recommend layering your company brand guidelines within the Human Interface Guidelines for iOS and Material Design Guidelines for Android.


FLOWBIT® also conducts its own evaluative research and analysis. In order to detect, remove, or mitigate any usability issues before a product is fully developed, we employ formative usability testing. To fully evaluate the design against the goals of our users, we employ summative usability testing. Both of these evaluative research and analysis activities help us assess whether the UX/UI design elements are working, and identify the best ways to improve design.

TEST DRIVEN DEVELOPMENT
Flowbit utilizes Test Driven Development, which is built into our products and processes early on — not as an afterthought — when it might be too late and costly to implement. Using our automated testing, we focus on high-testing code and functionality coverage. A combination of emulators, simulators, test harnesses, hardware devices, and device test labs are used to test a wide variety of scenarios and levels of integration.
